- Individual account holder of our bank can apply.
- Age should be between 18-70 years.
- Claim amount will be paid to account holder’s nominee in case of accidental death of the insured.
- Annual premium Rs. 12/- will be debited to account holder’s account.
- Prescribed consent cum declaration should be submitted by customer to join the scheme
